What you can expect

Day 1: Exploring Ksours and Mountain Villages
Morning: Depart Djerba via the Roman Causeway (El Kantara). Head towards Ksar Hallouf, a spectacular site nestled in a palm grove, perfect for your first immersion in Berber architecture.

Afternoon: Drive to Guermessa, a dramatic cliff-side Berber village offering stunning, moon-like panoramas. Enjoy time to explore the ancient ruins on foot.

Evening: Arrival at Dar Ennaim in Zammour. Enjoy a traditional dinner and a restful night in this renowned, authentic rural guesthouse.

Day 2: Berber Heritage and Dahar Landscapes
Morning: Explore the area around Zammour. Visit Chenini, the region’s most iconic Berber village, famous for its troglodyte dwellings and the white mosque crowning the ridge.

Afternoon: Cultural discovery time. Explore the historic ksar of Douiret before starting your return journey towards Djerba.
