As one of the oldest US military bases in Korea, it still has traces of the 506th Regiment of the US 2nd Division. Although it was on the verge of demolition after the withdrawal of US forces, Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organisation preserved the building in its original form in 2013, and turned it into an a experience facility, making it the only lodging culture and arts experience space within the civilian control zone. Camp Greaves continues to collect the stories and wishes of people visiting this place, and deliver the message of life and peace that the DMZ has always had.

Walk through the 3rd tunnel that North Korea dug to invade South Korea. Discovered within the Demilitarised Zone on October 17, 1978, based on intelligence about tunnel construction by a North Korean defector. Its size making it capable of moving 30,000 troops per hour, and only 52km away from Seoul, while similar to other tunnels in terms of scale, the 3rd tunnel was deemed as a larger threat with regards to infiltrating Seoul.
