Tour itinerary:
Welcome to the estate
Your visit begins with a friendly meeting with a member of the team. You will receive a warm welcome at the entrance to the estate grounds, facing the vineyards.
Walk in the grounds & presentation of the estate
You will then set off on a walk through the estate's wooded grounds. This is an opportunity to discover the philosophy behind the estate: biodynamics, respect for natural cycles, attention to the environment, but also the artistic inspiration that guides certain choices.
Discover the grape varieties and the history of the estate
You will learn how the estate was created, how the vines are cultivated, and why each grape variety is planted in a specific location. There is a deep connection here between the landscape, the plants, and the people who cultivate them.
Visit to the cellar
The tour continues in the cellar, where you will discover our winemaking choices: concrete vats of different shapes, stoneware or wooden containers, and amphorae, all used according to their impact on the structure and elegance of the wines. You will understand how our artisanal and respectful methods allow us to produce unique wines with strong personalities.
Finally, the tour ends with a guided tasting of two carefully selected wines: two emblematic wines that reflect the identity of the estate, Perchés Blanc and Perchés Rouge. You will be guided to explore the aromas, textures, and pairings in a warm and intimate setting.
