Here you will try several popular Vietnamese street foods such as: • Hu Tieu kho - is a famous dry noodle dish from southern Vietnam. The rice noodles are mixed with a savoury sauce and topped with pork, shrimp, and fresh herbs. The broth is served separately, and it is one of the most popular street foods in Saigon. • Bo Lui Sa – grilled beef with lemongrass • Bo La Lot – grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves • Banh Trang Nuong – Vietnamese street-style pizza You can also enjoy a local beer or fresh fruit juice while experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of this local market. Next, we ride slowly through Ngo Gia Tu Apartment, one of the most iconic old apartment complexes in Ho Chi Minh City. Built in 1968 during the Vietnam War, it was originally designed to house working-class families and government employees. As we pass through the area, travellers will see rows of ageing apartment buildings, small family shops, and daily local activities happening right outside people’s homes.
