We'll meet at the selected time at our beachside restaurant, Darwing Beach – Deltanatur, on the Paseo Marítimo Riumar de Deltebre. When we're all there, we'll get into the company's vehicle that will take us to our private estate in the heart of the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, where we'll enjoy a memorable horseback ride that's perfect for the whole family.
Upon arriving at our destination, we'll put on our riding helmets and climb onto the horses. At that point, we'll head into our farm, surrounded by beautiful rice fields. A leisurely ride that's ideal for families and for those with little riding experience.
During the tour of the estate, we'll be able to observe different ecosystems of the delta, such as small lagoons, a favourite habitat for birds, and typical flora of the delta. As you ride, we'll explain all the details of this natural area, the culture that surrounds it, and how farming and the lives of the people in this territory have changed over the years.
What's more, during the one-hour horseback ride, we'll admire the large number of birds that live in this area of Tarragona. If we're lucky, you might even spot flamingos!
Finally, we'll return to the starting point and finish the 1.5-hour horseback ride through the Ebro Delta. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon with the family, learn about the land around us, and, if you have little experience riding horses, enjoy contact with these magnificent animals.
