After a short technical briefing on land and putting on the appropriate gear, you will enter the sea in the area best suited to the conditions of the day. In about an hour of practical lessons, you will learn to get up and maintain your balance on the board, manage the sail, and tackle the start and the first turns. The instructor will provide personalised advice based on your level and needs, helping you progress in complete safety and with fun.

The experience is suitable for both first-time windsurfers and those who want to perfect their technique: no previous experience is required, only a good level of swimming ability.
