What you can expect

  • This is not a regular tourist tea factory tour. This is the exclusive Tea Diamond Experience, hosted by our family at our own private organic estate in Ella.

    Your authentic journey:

    We start at our family meeting point in Ella (V24Q+C77). Walk through our private Tea Diamond estate where you will learn to pluck tea leaves with our family. We will show you the real, traditional leaf-to-cup process - from withering and rolling to drying - directly from our tea maker, not from a crowded factory.

    Next, enjoy a private forest walk to our family's secret hidden waterfall and viewpoint where no tourists go. Breathe the fresh hill country air and capture amazing photos.

    Finally, return to our estate home for the highlight: An authentic Sri Lankan Family Feast. My mother will cook 7+ traditional curries from our garden vegetables, including our special Tea Diamond infused dish. Learn to cook one curry with her.

    This is a private tour limited to one group per day to keep it personal and exclusive. You are visiting our home, not a company. Come as a guest, leave as family.
