What you can expect

Discover the traditional flavours of Mexican liquor with a tasting of three different varieties of mezcal and tequila.
Try these drinks and learn about them: their production processes, the type of agave and the difference between mezcal and tequila. Try three different mezcals and tequilas to tell the difference in the types of agaves. In Mezcal the same would be the type of agave, Espadín (there are around 100 different agaves), blanco, reposado and añejo and types of reposados in Tequila, blue agave: blanco, reposado and añejo. This magical trip also ends with some locally made ceviches, typical of our Bajamed food, considered the best in Mexico.
A personalised way to explore the scenic beauty and cultural diversity of Ensenada with a glass of tequila in hand!
After enjoying the mezcal and tequila we will walk to the shop on 1st Street to get to the tortilla factory where we will see how it is made, finishing we will stop by to eat a taco or a ceviche.
“For every good Mezcal, for every bad too and if there is no remedy, a litre and a half”
