Depending on whether you wanted to extend the tour with a dip in the cool water beforehand or were already looking forward to the rest of the tour, we can continue directly to the market square of Le François. There is a short cultural stop here, and then we continue on to the wonderful distillery in Le Francois, “Le Clément.”
Once at the distillery, the first thing you can enjoy is the sensationally landscaped “Jardin Remarquable” garden with its artistic sculptures. Then you will go up to the manor house via the former production facilities.
An absolute must on the island and a great visitor attraction.
The rum tasting then naturally takes place in a fitting setting.
