SAPA- SIN CHAI – JUNGLE – 2,200M – 2,800M – FANSIPAN SUMMIT- SAPA
Start: Sapa centre
Destination: Fansipan (3,143m)
Duration: 10 hours ( it's depend speeds of Traveller)
Level: Hard / Challenging ( FULL 25-26km)
06:00 – Pick up in Sapa
Pick up at your hotel or homestay in Sapa ( only in Sapa centre), meet your guide and receive a short briefing: Safety rules, Trekking pace and breaks, Equipment check, Trekking shoes with good grip, Water (minimum 1.5L per person), Light backpack, jacket, raincoat., suncreem…. Transfer to Sin Chai village
20–30 minute drive through mountain roads
6:30: Arrive at Sín Chải
Stretching and warm-up, start trekking (~1,200m) with begin on a wide village trail, pass through: Local houses and farmland , Rice terraces and easy and gradual ascent → warm-up stage
08:30 – Increase elevation & forest edge
Trail becomes narrower
Light forest begins
Pace becomes steady and consistent
09:00 – Enter the jungle
Trek into dense primary forest with Old trees, moss, humid atmosphere and
beutiful Tree roots, rocks, sometimes slippery
Moderate to steep uphill sections
Guide will control pace and rest time
10:30 – Reach ~2,200m (rest point), go to bathroom, take a breaks around 10 minutes and prepare to hard path ( 2.200 to 2.800 miter high- Most challenging part of the trek )
11:00 – Continue trekking to higher altitude
Trail becomes steeper and more technical
Vegetation changes:
Less big trees
More bamboo and smaller plants
Temperature drops gradually
12:00 – Lunch at ~2,800m
Stop at a relatively flat resting area
Surrounded by forest and mountain atmosphere
Lunch includes:
Bread or rice noodle soup
Boiled eggs
Fresh fruits
Hot tea (if prepared by porter)
⏱ Rest time: 30–45 minutes
After lunch:
Relax muscles
Change wet clothes if needed
12:45 – Final ascent to the summit
Bamboo forest and natural steps
Air becomes thinner → walk slowly
Guide supports and keeps steady rhythm
13:30 – Reach Fansipan Summit (3,143m)
Stand on the highest peak in Indochina
Enjoy:
Mountain views
Cloud sea (weather dependant)
Activities:
Take photos at the summit marker
Short rest and celebration

14:15 – Descent options
Option 1: Cable car (not includes)
Walk 20–30 minutes to cable car station
Take Fansipan Cable Car
Return to Sa Pa around 15:00
