Begin with a tour of lush fields where crops like mustard greens and chickpea flour are grown. Learn traditional farming methods before heading to an open-air kitchen to prepare authentic Rajasthani dishes, including:
• Dal Bati: Craft dough for batis baked in a wood-fired clay oven, paired with a flavourful lentil curry spiced with native masalas.
• Churma: A sweet mix of crushed batis, ghee, and local jaggery.
• Gatte Ka Saag: Chickpea flour dumplings cooked in a rich, spicy curry.
Enjoy a refreshing glass of chaas (buttermilk) and local snacks as your dishes simmer. Then, savour the feast under a neem tree, featuring Dal Bati Churma, Sarson Ka Saag, Gatte Ka Saag, and chaas. Local artisans and musicians will enrich the experience, immersing you in the vibrant culture of Rajasthan.
