In this lesson Teresa teaches you different types of fresh pasta. During this lesson you will use flours, eggs and local and seasonal ingredients to make local pasta.The sauces will be meat, vegetarian or fish (fresh) and will be served an starter of local products or a dessert already prepared by Teresa in advance.The flours we will use contain gluten. The skills you will bring with you after cooking class at Teresa's house, will not only be recipes, but a small piece of Sicily to share with your family and friends. As a gift you will have a list of local sauces for pasta or bruschetta to take home. This lesson is not only practical but also informative about local products.
