Begin with a private pickup from your hotel or a designated meeting point in Fethiye, Hisarönü, Ovacık, Ölüdeniz, or Çalış Beach. Meet your licensed guide and driver and travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle throughout the day. As this is a private tour, the pace and timing can be adapted to your group’s preferences.
The first stop is Tlos, one of the most important ancient cities of Lycia, located on a hill overlooking the Xanthos Valley. During the visit, your guide will provide detailed historical and cultural information about the Lycian, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman periods represented at the site. Highlights include the ancient theatre, rock-cut tombs, city walls, Roman baths, and panoramic viewpoints.
After Tlos, continue to Yakapark, a natural park known for its cold spring waters, wooden platforms, and shaded seating areas surrounded by trees. This stop offers a relaxing break in a peaceful natural setting. Your guide will introduce the area, after which you will have free time to walk around and enjoy the surroundings.
The final main destination is Saklıkent Gorge, one of the longest canyons in Turkey, famous for its dramatic rock formations and refreshing mountain waters. Before entering, your guide will explain the geological formation of the canyon and provide safety information. Walk along the wooden platforms and, if conditions allow, enter the shallow water inside the gorge.
After completing the visit to Saklıkent, return to the Fethiye region. Drop-off is provided at your original pickup location in Fethiye, Hisarönü, Ölüdeniz, Ovacık, or Çalış Beach.
