What you can expect

Nestled among the pristine olive groves that have covered the Florentine hills for millennia, our hilltop farm is passionately dedicated to the production of an award-winning, artisanal organic extra virgin olive oil. Our organic methods, the result of our father Alberto Scaravelli's research in the 1960s, were among the first introduced in Italy.
Rich in history, from its foundation as a convent around the 15th century to hosting legendary yoga retreats from the 1960s to the 1980s, our farmhouse has always been a refuge where you can find calm and connect with nature.
In our family, for four generations, we live every day with the memory of the special history of this place.

We offer guided visits to discover the fascinating world of organic olive oil production, with food tastings of our products. It will awaken your senses with the sights, sounds, smells, stories, and flavours of the Florentine hills.
Our tours take you on a walk through centuries-old olive groves, past our beehives, to our ultra-modern oil mill.
During the tour, we provide detailed explanations about our methods of producing organic olive oil and honey. After the tour, groups are invited to taste our award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil and organic honey on a terrace that offers an extraordinary view of the surrounding valleys and hills.

Our experience and ability to host diverse groups with a wide range of interests (agriculture, history, culture, economics, architecture, etc.) allows us to offer a bespoke experience.

Once the visit is over, we encourage our guests to stay and enjoy the enchanting scenery and the gentle breeze of the hills.

After the tour, the oil can be purchased at special prices!
