In this short but quite complete tour, you will learn about the Coffee Cultural Landscape and the traditions that make the Coffee Region so famous and cherished. You will visit Filandia, its high streets and viewpoints and the main square. Then, you will head to Salento to explore this bigger but still charming town. You will make stops in the best spots of both places and you will be able to try some typical snacks on your own.

1 hr. Pick-up and drive to Filandia.

Depending on where you are staying, our driver will pick you up and you will head to Filandia, the first town, to start this cultural tour around the typical “pueblitos”.

hrs. Visit the charming Filandia

The city is considered one of the most attractive in the western Colombian Andes. And as it is situated on top of a hill the panoramic views offer most magnificent landscapes of the coffee-growing region. It also brings together charming traditional architecture, exuberant nature and a rich coffee culture in one place, which on top of that is very easy to visit.

Here, you will make some stops to seize the most out of this town. You will be able to take tonnes of pictures and buy souvenirs if you want.

1.5 hrs. Explore the magical Salento

Head now to Salento. Salento is the oldest town in this region and it is framed by the national tree, the Wax Palm Tree and a tonne of touristic spots and towns, besides the coffee landscape. Here, you will be able to walk around Calle Real and the square to see the traditional houses with their colourful facades and balconies. You will also stop at some viewpoints and take some time just to enjoy the place. You will have time to have something to eat.

1 hr. Enjoy the landscapes before driving back to your hotel

After a full experience in the heart of the Coffee Triangle, and having some time to take pictures or getting yourself some souvenirs, you will be driven back to your hotel.
