What you can expect

You will participate in a rescue board training session under the guidance of a FIN (Italian Swimming Federation) head coach.
The session is adapted to the level of the participants and to the weather and sea conditions, to allow everyone to enjoy this experience to the fullest.
After we have all gathered at the meeting point on the beach and changed to get started, we do a short warm-up together to get ready for the physical activity and minimise the risk of injury.
Then comes the central part of the session, dedicated to the board.
At the end, we will do another brief cool-down to fully benefit from the physical activity we have just completed.
Each session lasts approximately two hours in total.
