You will immerse yourself in the unique flavours and culture of Da Lat with a 5-hour cooking class, combining a VISIT TO THE LIVELY LOCAL MARKET and a HANDS-ON COOKING experience. You will learn how to select the freshest ingredients from local family chefs.

Vietnam is an agricultural country, and Da Lat is the largest vegetable hub in Vietnam. With a temperate climate, vegetables in Da Lat are particularly more delicious than in other regions. The market tour will give you the opportunity to see the diversity of Da Lat's vegetables, spices, and herbs. After gathering the ingredients, you will work with the chef to prepare some of Da Lat's signature dishes.

With a deep-rooted understanding of Da Lat’s culinary landscape, gained from being born and raised here, our local chef will carefully select the freshest, most vibrant, and nourishing seasonal vegetables to guide you in cooking THREE DISTINCTLY SEASONAL SIGNATURE dishes that embody the true essence of Da Lat cuisine.

Once the meal is ready, we will sit down together to enjoy the dishes, experiencing the flavours and traditions of Da Lat cuisine. You will also take home recipes and skills to recreate these delicious dishes at home!

The menu will be seasonally crafted and sent to you upon registration.
