What you can expect

  • An immersive experience in nature and Maremma cuisine, through a journey to discover wild herbs and their use in cooking.

    You will be welcomed at La Maliosa by the staff and by the chef Francesca, who combines her culinary skills with extensive training as a holistic practitioner in phytoalimurgy and wellness.
    Francesca will take you on a walk through the fields of the farm, helping you to identify and gather wild herbs, and explaining their characteristics, properties and uses in cooking. At the end of the walk, you'll be able to prepare the typical Maremma “gnudi” and a pesto with the wild herbs you've gathered, which, combined with Fattoria La Maliosa's organic extra virgin olive oil, will be the perfect condiment for the recipe.

    The experience will end with a food tasting of the dish you have prepared, paired with our natural Saturnalia red wine, presented by an expert.

    Each participant will receive a free copy of the recipe in both printed and digital format.
