What you can expect

Visit the Fragata D. Fernando II and Gloria the last wood sail ship of the Portuguese Navy. She was launched in the sea in 1843, and over 33 years it has travelled more than 100,000 nautical miles, the equivalent of five rounds around the world.

Explore the all decks, rebuilt after the fire of 1963, which left her almost submerged in the Tagus River until 1992. Turned into a museum since 1998, standing in a dry dock, the last portuguese ship of the “Carreira da India” (East Indies) is an experience through history.

Feel like a true sailor, facing the sea fearlessly!
