Departure from Cagliari and arrival in Seulo

The day kicks off with your departure from Cagliari towards Seulo. The first part of the experience is dedicated to discovering the historic centre, walking among ancient stone houses and murals that tell the storey of the town and the tales of its centenarians.

During the walk, we'll come across the weaving workshop, where ancient looms and techniques handed down for generations are still used today, as well as artisan shops and panoramic views of the Gennargentu and Barbagia valleys, which offer an authentic and powerful view of the area.

At the end of the morning, we'll head to the pastoral village with the “Pinnetti,” in Pizzu Nusaunu – Arcu Museddu. After a short walk, we'll sit around the traditional stone tables to taste “Su Murzu Antigu,” the ancient shepherd's snack of coffee and typical sweets, enriched with other local products, all accompanied by the inevitable Sardinian wine.

The experience wraps up in the early afternoon, after an intense and authentic day, lived slowly and with the heart, in one of the most fascinating and true places in Sardinia, before heading back to Cagliari.
