Embark on a full-day guided hike to the 7 Lagoons of Ausangate. Enjoy a tasty breakfast in Pacchanta, see the 7 turquoise lagoons, and relax in the hot springs.

Start your day with a hotel pickup in Cusco and drive to the village of Tinki. Then, continue to Pacchanta for a tasty breakfast. Once you've had something to eat, set off on a hike through the Nevado Ausangate and its 7 turquoise lagoons.

Start walking through the Vilcanota mountain range and discover the stunning landscapes around the Mariposa, Jampa, Pucapunta, Tike, and Ausangate peaks. The latter is the sixth-largest mountain in Peru and has an elevation of almost 21,000 feet (6,384 metres).

As you walk, come across llamas, alpacas, viscachas, and, with a bit of luck, the majestic Andean condor. Make your way higher and higher, stopping at the lakes of Azul Cocha, Pucacocha, Sibinacocha, Otorongo, Alcacocha, and Comercocha.

Stop at a small lake in a unique location and look out for the dazzling colour of the water. After taking a short break, descend back down to Pacchanta where you'll have 1 hour of free time to relax in the hot springs.

Once you've reconvened, get your energy back with a lunch consisting of traditional dishes. Following a day full of adventure, head back to Cusco and drop off near the main square.
