Itinerary
After picking you up at your hotel in Ica at 3:30 pm, we will head to the majestic desert of Huacachina, located about five kilometres from the Peruvian city of Ica, to start a buggy tour.

Upon arrival, we will learn about the history of the famous Huacachina oasis from our guide. Afterwards, we will start our adventure in a buggy through the desert, taking pictures of the dunes and the exotic landscapes of this captivating natural space.

Throughout the tour, we will appreciate the eastern part of the Peruvian Andes along with the whimsical sand formations sculpted randomly by the action of the winds. We will also stop in front of a cluster of dunes to practice sandboarding, one of the most popular activities in the desert!

On board of a special board designed to ride on the sand, we will enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience, a real adrenaline rush! Once the sanboarding activity is over, we will return to the Huacachina lagoon through the sandy Peruvian desert.

Finally, we will end the activity at your hotel in Ica at 6:30 pm.

Pick up
This activity includes pick up only at the hotels in the centre of Ica, so you can select the option “tour with pick up” only if you are staying in hotels located in the centre of Ica.

If you are staying in another area, you must select the option “tour without pick up” and go on your own at 15:45 hours to the hotel El Bamboo in the oasis of Huacachina. The option without pick up will end at 18:00 hours.
