What you can expect

Begin your adventure by meeting your guide at the parking area. After a safety briefing, gear check, and warm-up, start your hike to the trailhead.

Begin with a steep and demanding ascent through a bamboo forest, slowly transitioning into a mossy forest. Use ropes on the steep, sometimes slippery trail, which is popular for its flora and fauna.

Reach the first peak, Mount Gap, and take a break to enjoy the views and take photos. Continue to the higher peak, Mount Ulu Semangkok, and spend 45 minutes to 1 hour at the summit, enjoying the scenery and having lunch.

Afterwards, start your descent, taking care on the muddy and slippery paths. Finish your hike back at the trailhead and parking area.
