Enjoy humorous animal metaphors and stories that blend history, geography, and psychology, including the “Japanese Room,” “Wow Room,” and the storey of the pig. The tour ends with a final tasting. The 9 a.m. tour uniquely includes witnessing the daily Parmigiano birth, a highlight. Other tours visit the farm, cheese ageing, and tasting, but do not include the birth process.
