What you can expect

Begin your adventure with an early morning pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Moalboal. Relax in an air-conditioned vehicle as you travel along Cebu's scenic southern coastline to the municipality of Oslob, home to one of the Philippines' most famous marine wildlife experiences.

Upon arrival, your local coordinator will assist you with registration before you attend the mandatory safety briefing conducted by the local tourism authorities.

Board a traditional paddle boat that will take you to the designated whale shark interaction area. You will have approximately 45 minutes to observe or swim alongside these magnificent gentle giants under the supervision of accredited local guides.

Guests who prefer not to enter the water are welcome to remain on the boat and enjoy watching the whale sharks from a safe distance.

Please note that the Whale Shark Interaction Fee is not included in the tour price and must be paid directly at the Oslob Whale Shark Briefing Centre before the activity.

After your whale shark experience, enjoy the scenic return drive and relax as you are taken back to your accommodation in Moalboal.
