Exclusive Horseback Riding in the Mountains
Just 45 minutes from Paraty, the road climbs into the Serra da Bocaina — a protected national park where the air cools, the views open up, and the pace of life slows down. This is where you'll find our ranch, sitting at nearly 1,300 metres above sea level, surrounded by mountains, native forest, and sweeping panoramic views that will stay with you long after you leave.
This is not a trail ride with strangers. Your group rides alone. Whether you're a couple, a family, or a group of friends, the entire experience is reserved exclusively for you.
Your guide — a man born and raised on this very land — will welcome you like a guest at his home, because that's exactly what you are. He has a deep, lifelong connection to this ranch, its horses, and the surrounding nature. Along the ride, he'll introduce you to native plants, share stories of local history, and point out details of the landscape that most visitors never notice. His love for the animals and the environment is something guests consistently remark on.
The horses are calm, well-cared for, and treated as part of the family. Before you ride, you'll spend time getting to know them — learning the basics of horsemanship, how to approach, handle, and communicate with these remarkable animals. First-time riders are very welcome.

We take the safety of our guests and the welfare of our horses seriously. A few important things to keep in mind:
Dress code: Long pants and closed shoes are required. No shorts, no sandals, no flip-flops — this is for your comfort and safety on horseback.
Weight limit: Out of respect for our horses' well-being, we have a maximum weight limit of 100 kg/220 lbs per rider.
