The tour begins with a meeting point at the main square of Puerto Maldonado at 9:20 am, and we will head to the Tambopata National Reserve.
Upon arrival, we will enter the Amazon rainforest and hike 3 kilometres along a trail. During the walk, we will be able to observe the diverse flora and fauna of the region. The hike ends at Lake Sandoval, where we will take a canoe ride to explore the lake and see species such as the river otter and the black caiman. Afterwards, we will take a break to have lunch at a restaurant and enjoy the local gastronomy. At the end of the tour, we will return to Puerto Maldonado, with an estimated time of arrival at 5:30 pm.
