What you can expect

Begin your adventure with a stop at the Łapszanka Viewpoint, one of the most stunning viewpoints in the region. From here, enjoy a panoramic, unobstructed view of the Belianske Tatras.

Next, head to the 14th-century Niedzica Castle (also known as Dunajec Castle). Perched high on a cliff above Lake Czorsztyn, it looks like something straight out of Game of Thrones. Whether you’re interested in the legends of Inca gold hidden in the walls or just want to admire the medieval architecture, it’s a must-see.

Just a stone's throw from the castle is the Czorsztyn Dam. Walk across it to get a unique perspective: the calm waters of the lake on one side and the dramatic drop into the river valley on the other. Look out for the famous 3D mural “Power of the Elements” painted on the concrete.

Then, stop at a Bacówka (a traditional shepherd’s hut) and try fresh oscypek. To keep the energy high, enjoy a regional alcohol tasting. From traditional plum brandy (Śliwowica) to herbal liqueurs and infused vodkas, it’s a true “Highlander's welcome.”

Board a traditional wooden raft guided by Flisacy (raftsmen) in folk costumes. As you float through the heart of the Pieniny National Park, you’ll be surrounded by limestone cliffs reaching up to 300 metres high.

Final Stop: The Lesnica Saddle (Lesnické sedlo)
After the rafting trip, we’ll head to the Lesnica Saddle (Lesnické sedlo). Located on the Slovak side of the border, this spot offers what is arguably the absolute best view of the Three Crowns (Trzy Korony). The vast panorama captures not only the Pieniny's most iconic peaks but also the distant High Tatras and the rolling green valleys below. It’s the perfect grand finale to a day packed with adventure.
