Experience a Traditional Japanese Culinary Class in Fukuoka

After gathering, we will begin with a 10-minute introduction to today’s experience, including a brief explanation of the history of Nagashi Somen (flowing noodles). Then, enjoy the full hands-on experience!

Build a bamboo flume together (approx. 20 minutes)

Learn how to eat somen and hold chopsticks (approx. 10 minutes)

Enjoy the Nagashi Somen experience (approx. 30 minutes)

Experience the traditional Japanese custom of cleaning up together (approx. 10 minutes)
