The Golden Temple, also known as Harmandir Sahib, is a revered Sikh shrine located in Amritsar, Punjab, India. It is a symbol of spiritual and cultural significance for Sikhs worldwide.

The Jallianwala Bagh massacre, took place on April 13, 1919, in Amritsar, India, during British colonial rule. British troops, under the command of General Reginald Dyer, opened fire on a crowd of unarmed Indian civilians who had gathered in Jallianwala Bagh.

The Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum in Amritsar is a tribute to Maharaja Ranjit Singh, the founder of the Sikh Empire. Located within the Ram Bagh Palace complex. Amritsari cuisine is renowned for its vibrant flavours culinary offerings.

Wagah Border is a border crossing between India and Pakistan, located near the cities of Amritsar in India and Lahore in Pakistan. It is known for the daily Wagah-Attari border ceremony, a military tradition where soldiers from both countries engage in an elaborate and choreographed display of patriotism.
