What you can expect

  • SIGHTSEEING TOUR IN SPANISH.
    On this full-day excursion, we'll depart at 8:30 a.m. from Pamplona towards the Navarrese Pyrenees, heading for the Irati Forest.
    While enjoying the change of landscape from cereal fields to forest, we'll make our way between mountains into the second largest beech-fir forest in Europe.
    We'll take an easy walk, suitable for everyone (it's not a hike). This walk will allow us to enjoy, learn about, and appreciate the value of this fantastic place.

    We'll then head to Ochagavía. Considered one of the most beautiful villages in Navarre, it is located at the foot of the mountains, and that is where we will stop for lunch (not included).
    We will also take a walk through the village and enjoy some free time before continuing our excursion.

    We'll stop at the Foz de Arbayun viewpoint before continuing to the Foz de Lumbier. At both, we'll try to enjoy the flight of birds such as vultures or Egyptian vultures. In Arbayun, below our feet, and in Lumbier… above our heads. In Lumbier, we'll walk about 3 kilometres in total along the old Irati train route to enter the Foz de Lumbier Nature Reserve.

    We will be dropped off in Pamplona around 7 PM.
