Going to the miniature park, to see the building as featured in the Viatour page about this tour was the best part of this tour. I do not think that the rest of the day was worth the time or money. Besides being driven around Jarkarta [ which is just a city], we had lunch. This we did NOT enjoy. It comprised of 12 small dishes, which looked interesting; but they were so spicy hot, that they were not enjoyable. The guide then took us to a puppet show, which was full of other tourists. We were then offered the chance to buy some very expensive puppets.

Whole experience was great. Mr. Samuel our guide was exceptional. Full of knowledge, professional with our satisfaction and co.fort in mind. I definitely recommend this tour with Mr. Samuel as the guide.

We were very pleased to get our tour with just the two of us. Anazing! We had a wonderful young woman as our guide. Pinkan obviously loves her country and shared her knowledge and enthusiasm with us. The driver was fantastic! He was able to add to descriptions and answer questions whenever needed. And he smoothly navigated through the absolutely crazy Jakarta traffic. We saw many sights and had a tasty lunch. Our driver/guide team went out of their way to personalize the schedule according to our requests.

We enjoyed a wonderful city tour of Jakarta with our knowledgeable guide Hizkia and his colleague who did all the driving. Impressed by our drivers driving skills as it’s no small task driving in Jakarta traffic. Enjoyed the miniature village and cable car, shopped at a batik store and had a lovely lunch at Simpang Raya. We also had time to see the Jakarta Cathedral and largest mosque in South east Asia- the Istiqlal Mosque. Great team and enjoyed the parting souvenir at the end of the day!

What a fabulous day we spent in Jakarta with our guide Rizky and driver Sulaiman. Saw everything on our wish list inspite of a brief downpour, Jakarta's nightmare traffic and the exhausting heat. Huge, delicious Indonesian rijstafel for lunch. Souvenir bag of special Indonesian coffee. It was all good. Do some research beforehand so that you can make informed decisions about what you do and do not wish to see. We asked to skip the batik store, since we had already purchased batik in two previous ports, and to visit the old harbor instead. It was, to us, the highlight of our tour. Don' forget to tip the driver in addition to the guide. Anyone who can drive and remain calm in Jakarta traffic deserves a medal. The car was comfortable and blessedly cool and water was provided. A great way to spend the day.
