Overview

  • Instead of the crowds of Angkor Wat, ride a full day through the Roluos Group to Hariharalaya where Cambodia’s first temple capital and Angkor Wat’s predecessor. From a village pagoda, we pass hidden brick ruins, then we climb to Bakong’s stepped pyramid, and see Preah Ko’s six towers. In the afternoon, enjoy a home-style Khmer lunch and visit the authentic Preah Ko temple. Otherwise, visit a children’s art centre where kids learn traditional leather-puppet carving, before closing the day at the island temple of Lolei. Every arrangement is made for all you need to do is ride.
