Intensive Group Surf Lesson – 4 Hours with a Break | All Levels

Our intensive group surf lesson is designed to give you a complete experience on the water and boost your skills to the max in a short time. Lasting 4 hours in total, divided into two sessions with a break in between, this class is suitable for all levels: from those who want to learn from scratch to experienced surfers who want to perfect their technique.

The day begins with a warm welcome, the distribution of gear (board, wetsuit and Lycra suit), and a brief explanation of the surroundings, sea conditions, safety rules, and lesson objectives. Next, we do a guided warm-up to prepare the body before entering the water.

During the first practical block, which lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, we work on technical aspects according to each student's level. Beginners will learn from the very basics: how to paddle, get up correctly (take-off), keep their balance, and read their first waves. Intermediate surfers will focus on improving their posture, reading the sea, catching waves on their own, and their first manoeuvres. For the more advanced, we'll focus on flow, turns, speed, and board control.

After this first part, we take a break of about 30 minutes, which is essential for recovering energy, hydrating, and receiving personalised feedback on each person's performance. This moment also allows you to share the experience with the group and mentally prepare for what's next.

The second block in the water, also 1 hour and 45 minutes, focuses on applying what has been learned, reinforcing technique, correcting detected errors, and continuing to progress with more specific exercises. The instructors will be attentive at all times to guide, correct, and motivate the group, ensuring constant progress during the class.

We end the day with a gentle stretching session on the beach and a final talk, where we give personalised recommendations for continuing to improve and enjoy surfing in a safe and fun way.

This intensive class is ideal for those who want to progress faster in a positive, dynamic, and professional environment. The group format provides motivation and a good atmosphere, while the extended time allows you to work calmly, deepen your technique, and gain confidence in the water.
