We depart Cape Town at 8am travelling on the N1 until we join the R62 Wine Route to Oudtshoorn. Travelling from Cape Town to Oudtshoorn along the R62 Wine Route offers a scenic journey through the heart of South Africa's countryside. As you leave the vibrant city, the landscape gradually transforms into rolling vineyards and rugged mountain ranges.
