Step into a cosy home in Ghent and begin your chocolate-making adventure with a complimentary handmade truffle. Your host, a certified chocolate taster and passionate chocolate lover, will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating your own truffles.

Start by choosing your chocolate base: white, milk, or dark, and preparing your filling. Then, shape your truffles and let them cool while you select and prepare a Belgian-inspired topping, such as crushed cuberdons, speculoos crumbs, or other local delicacies. Once your truffles are ready, coat and wrap them in your chosen topping, creating miniature chocolate masterpieces. At the end of the workshop, pack approximately 25 truffles to take home—the perfect souvenir to share… or enjoy all by yourself! You'll also receive a recipe to recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
