Join Chef Geppi on a charming, family-run farm in Sorrento for an authentic Italian cooking class that is completely gluten-free and bursting with local flavour.
Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a refreshing aperitivo before you step into the heart of the farm. You’ll take a peaceful walk through the lemon grove, surrounded by the scents and colours of the Sorrento Coast. During lemon season, you’ll even pick fresh lemons straight from the trees to use in your dessert.
Then, guided step by step by your professional chef, you’ll prepare a traditional menu inspired by local family recipes: hand-rolled potato gnocchi, aubergine parmigiana rolls, and a delicate lemon dessert made with the farm’s own citrus.
This beginner-friendly class is perfect for small groups, couples, and families, including guests with celiac needs. You’ll learn simple, practical techniques for creating naturally gluten-free Italian dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
