What you can expect

Once you arrive my house we will start with a typical aperitif (prosecco and pizza with cold cuts and cheese).

Then We will prepare together the gnocchi “alla Romana” and the meatballs with tomato sauce and stuffed courgette.
You can easily replicate at home everything we cooked together and you will have the opportunity to ask me what you want to know about local culture and traditions.

At the end we will finally sit together to eat all that we have prepared.
The dinner will be accompanied by Italian wine and will end with typical sweets and local liqueur.
