The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and a private cooking class led by Chef Antonio, who will lead you on a discovery of the secrets of authentic Sicilian cuisine, using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Following, after donning 1920s-style attire, a convivial and elegant dinner will be accompanied by live music (alternative playlist) and cultural performances inspired by late 19th- and early 20th-century Palermo, featuring poetry, stories, and evocations of times gone by.
