Among the olive trees of Amirian Ranch and those of the Conero area, you will enter the world of freshly harvested extra virgin olive oil, learning to recognise its aromas, characteristics and qualities together with an expert EVO oil taster, Maestro Corrado Lazzarini.
You will taste oils from different regions and discover how much their aroma, intensity and character can vary.
Accompanying them will be Rosso Conero, the iconic wine of this region, and an aperitif dinner prepared to enhance simple, authentic flavours: homemade bread made with a sourdough starter that has been kept for over twenty years, local produce, and pairings designed to turn the food tasting into a truly convivial occasion.
But oil won't just be the star at the table.
Upon request, with the special participation of Madre Ashanti, you will discover some little secrets of natural tradition: cosmetic tips with olive oil and a simple recipe for making a natural serum with wonderful properties at home.
An experience to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, amid stories, flavours and conviviality, accompanied by a dedicated catering service.
Because tasting a genuine oil, freshly produced from the earth, is a small luxury.
What's more, another surprise will be waiting for you on Saturday!

EXCLUSIVELY for guests, a complimentary bottle of freshly pressed OIL!
