Your itinerary:

We'll ride through rural landscapes nestled among olive groves, all the way to Santa Maria di Leuca, where we'll admire the spectacular meeting of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas.
We'll ride along the Ionian coast, exploring the ancient coastal watchtowers that bear witness to Salento's history.
We'll reach Torre Vado, then head inland to Barbarano, where we'll visit the charming Piccola Leuca.
Finally, we'll head back to Gagliano del Capo along quiet country lanes, arriving around 12:30 pm.
