Activity itinerary

Riviera Maya (Pass by)

Your day begins with collection from the hotel or previously assigned meeting location. After boarding the shared vehicle, the group will travel towards Tulum for an experience combining Maya heritage, a freshwater cenote, and a taste of local cuisine.

Zona Arqueologica De Tulum

  • 2h 30m
The first main destination is the archaeological zone of Tulum, an ancient walled city positioned beside the Caribbean coast. Its preserved stone structures, historical importance, and seaside surroundings make it one of the most distinctive Maya sites in the region. A certified guide will accompany the group for approximately 1 hour, providing context about the buildings, traditions, and role of this former coastal settlement. Once the explanation is complete, guests will receive around 1 hour to continue exploring independently, photograph the ruins, and appreciate the landscape at their own pace.

Cenote y gruta Aktun-Bej

  • 1h 30m
After leaving the archaeological site, the route continues to a natural cenote hidden within the surroundings of Tulum. Here, travellers can exchange the heat of the ruins for a refreshing swim in clear freshwater. This portion of the day offers time to slow down, enjoy the natural environment, and capture photos before moving on to the final activity. A life jacket is provided for use during the cenote visit.

Tulum

  • 1h 30m
The final scheduled stop takes place at a modest local restaurant in Tulum. Guests will sit down for a Mexican lunch and regain their energy after the archaeological walk and cenote swim. The informal setting brings a regional touch to the experience and provides a comfortable pause before the journey back.

Riviera Maya (Pass by)

Following lunch, transport will depart towards the hotels and confirmed meeting locations in the Riviera Maya. The return drive completes a day shaped by coastal ruins, natural freshwater, local food, and time spent discovering the cultural side of Tulum.
