Have an authentic experience in the heart of Piedmont by visiting a real independent farm brewery.
During this guided visit, you will discover how an agricultural beer is made “from the land to the glass”, passing through the brewery's production areas and learning about the ingredients, processes, and agricultural philosophy that make each beer unique.
The experience begins with an introduction to the history of the Kauss farm brewery and the world of craft beer. We will then take you inside the production facility, where you can observe the different stages of production: from the selection of raw materials to boiling, from fermentation to the final tapping.
During the tour we will talk about:
• the difference between industrial and craft beer
• what an agricultural brewery is
• short supply chain and local production
• beer ingredients and the role of hops
• fun facts and anecdotes about the world of brewing
At the end of the visit, a guided tasting of craft farm beers produced directly in the brewery awaits you, accompanied by products from the Piedmont region.
The experience is designed both for beer enthusiasts and for those who want to experience something different, immersed in tradition, local culture, and conviviality.
The visit includes:
• guided tour of the brewery
• explanation of the production process
• tasting of farm-to-table craft beers
