10.00: Pick up at your hotels in Bangkok city central then Learning about Thai and Chinese cooking ingredient at Chinatown market. You will walk through 200 years old market at Chinatown. This wet market has lots of things to offer such as sea cucumber, live fish, shark fin, bird net and etc. Then you will continue to stop at a small shop or street food light snacks like as Hoi Jor, Hot Spring roll, Pad Krapoa or Kuay Teaw Koa Kai. You can sample the herbal tea and dessert shop which is run by 3 family generations.

After that, you will continue to Sao Ching Char area, the Giant swing and taste the best sticky rice which is cooked with coconut milk. Kor Panich is the famous dessert shop in Bangkok.

Then walk around the area to meet local vendor and continue food tasting as you prefer. There, you can talk and learn about food ingredient with the vendors.
