What you can expect

Explore the stunning landscape of the mountain range during this half-day excursion to Villavicencio. Don't miss the opportunity to admire the beauty of the region and learn about the history of the area as you drive along the road travelled by the Army of the Liberation Campaign of Chile and Peru.

This tour starts around 8 am where we will begin our journey through the mountainous area, heading towards the Villavicencio nature reserve.

We will arrive at the old Villavicencio Thermal Hotel Complex, where we will take a walk through its gardens and visit the interpretation centre and see the wonders of the flora and fauna of the area. If we are lucky, we may see some guanacacos, wild cats, eagles and other animals that live in this area.

We will have some free time to continue exploring the area, and take a walk in the complete Villavicencio hotel and the characteristic chapel. Then we will go to the Mirador de Los Caracoles, where we will be able to enjoy the incredible views of the Cordillera and the Natural Reserve.

After this visit, we will be returning to our selected hotels.
