Pause your journey and step into a grounding experience in a creative hostel space in Hamburg. This guided session combines simple meditation, breath awareness, and reflection in front of a selected artwork. Each session is shaped around a gentle theme or motto that supports presence and inner clarity.

The experience is created and held in collaboration with a local Hamburg-based artist whose work explores spiritual archetypes from global art history across cultures. The artwork and atmosphere are part of a broader artistic dialogue around symbolism, presence, and human experience.

Enjoy a calm, welcoming atmosphere and a small handmade sweet as a closing symbolic gesture.
