The location is a tourist accommodation located in a large and bright apartment in Venice, the top floor apartment of Palazzo Loredan: the 16th century historic residence of a noble venetian family, the “Loredan”. This residence was owned by the chef's family throughout the 21st century and it’s also the place where he grew up.
He gained this big love for cooking from his mother (an excellent cook originally from the island of Burano) but infused it with contemporary flavours. This location represents his little Venice, a place to replenish the mind and make new acquaintances, both culinary and social.
This cooking experience aims to connect people through food & beve-rages, to show that a genuine and local Venezia is still surviving. The goal is to transmit the tranquility of living “the table” in an homely atmosphere maintaining the high quality of a fine restaurant.
