Renowned alongside West Lake and Xiling Scenic Area as the three iconic landmarks of Hangzhou, Xixi Wetland is China’s rare prime urban wetland reserve with well-preserved primitive ecological scenery.
Compared with globally famous West Lake, which is always swarmed with massive tourists all year round, Xixi features a far vaster wetland landscape with much fewer visitors. Free from crowds, noise and hustle, you can embrace peaceful, undisturbed immersive travel moments.
Endowed with criss-crossing waterways, dense reed marshes and lush green vegetation, the park boasts abundant negative oxygen ions, acting as a natural urban oxygen lung with fresh, moist air ideal for relaxation.
Boasting an excellent location, it is close to city centre Hangzhou and within convenient reach of West Lake, with effortless transport access.
