• 2nd floor: Bat Trang Pottery Space Past and Present, a place to display and preserve the quintessence and cultural values of the ancient Bat Trang pottery village
• 3rd floor: Contemporary art centre, currently holding a very unique exhibition of Light Sculpture Art in Vietnam and around the world
• 4th floor: Royal Hall/ Tinh Hoa Restaurant/ Artisan Café, we will have lunch and tea in this area
• 5th floor: Huong Sa Tra: Huong Sa Art House and Light Sculpture Art.
  -Ground floor: Quang Vinh ceramics company's ceramic production facility area, artisan experience area, ceramic creation and sculpture. In addition, the central complex also has an outdoor exhibition and service space next to the Bac Hung Hai river bank.
