During the workshop, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of three signature sea-grown teas representing with their own distinct aroma, colour, and character, crafted through different cultivation and processing techniques. Guided by an experienced tea artisan, you’ll learn the fundamentals of tea brewing, explore how aroma and temperature shape flavour, and find calm through every pour. Finally, your experience ends with a visit to a charming old house, where you can enjoy local mung-bean sweets and admire a collection of artisanal tea ware.
